Just like so many women, I strived for success, followed the rules, and burned out.
I did everything I thought I was supposed to do. I built the startup. I chased the goals. I pushed through exhaustion and ignored the quiet voice in my body that kept asking for more softness, more truth, more space.
It was embodiment practice that brought me back to feeling alive. The simple rituals of intuitive movement, breath, and stillness helped me recharge, reconnect, and slowly return to myself. Through that return, I began opening into deeper layers of power, pleasure, and clarity I never knew were possible.
And I realised I wasn’t alone.
So many of us are taught to abandon our bodies to succeed. We’re taught to ignore our bodies, suppress our emotion, and live in our heads — and we suffer silently because there’s nowhere to learn another way.
We realised there were no accessible tools or education that truly support women in living from their true nature — in being powerful, successful, and deeply connected to who they are.
So we created Feel. A sanctuary for women to return to their bodies, learn embodiment and reclaim their power — so that the world can hold more balance, joy, and feminine leadership grounded in authenticity and connection.

Embodiment as the next wellness evolution
In recent years, our understanding of wellbeing has matured.
Practices such as meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation have moved into the mainstream. Once considered niche or esoteric, they are now well researched, widely practised, and recognised for their effectiveness. Simple, consistent practices have shown that small shifts can create real change.
And yet, despite this progress, stress, burnout, and disconnection remain deeply present in modern life.
What we are beginning to understand is that awareness alone is not always enough. To meet the pace and complexity of today’s world, we are being invited to go deeper — into the body itself.
Embodiment expands these practices beyond mindfulness - by cultivating bodyfullness: an intuitive, lived connection to sensation, emotion, movement, and internal signals. It supports our ability to regulate from within, to listen to the body as an inner guide, and to respond to life with greater coherence and authenticity.
Rather than adding more techniques, embodiment refines our relationship with ourselves. It awakens the intelligence that already lives in the body, allowing regulation, clarity, and inner power to emerge through experience rather than effort.
